National Bargaining Statement for March 5, 2024

At Anheuser-Busch, our people are our top priority, and we’re pleased that our Teamster-represented brewery employees have officially ratified our new agreement that continues to recognize and reward our teams while also positioning the company for long-term success. Last year, we prioritized our people by stepping up to support and protect our front-line workers and by providing financial assistance to our independent wholesaler partners to help them do the same.

This new five-year collective bargaining agreement builds on our existing industry-leading package of wages, healthcare, and retirement benefits, along with job security provisions for employees at our 12 major U.S. breweries—it’s the latest example of Anheuser-Busch’s commitment to brew the best beer and provide the best jobs in our industry.
