National Bargaining Statement for the Week of Jan. 8, 2024
In December, Anheuser-Busch presented the Union with a substantial package proposal addressing the remaining open topics of negotiation, including wages, retirement and job security.
This week, Anheuser-Busch’s bargaining committee traveled to St. Petersburg prepared for a full week of discussions on all remaining topics, but Union leadership did not attend. This is the third consecutive bargaining session for which Union leadership has failed to show up.
We continue to communicate regularly with the Union about our readiness to proceed with all open topics of discussion and encourage Union leadership to return to the bargaining table. Our goal remains to reach a mutually acceptable agreement that recognizes and rewards our employees. We look forward to resuming formal negotiations at the last scheduled bargaining session, which is scheduled for January 22, 2024.
